2015-16 Membership Renewals
The membership year for Mt. Laurel Skiers runs from September
1st through August 31st. Starting July 1st, you can send in your membership renewal for the 2015-16 membership year. The deadline to submit your renewal is August 31st. If sent in after August 31st, be certain to include the $15 late fee.
Every year the Board of Directors reviews the annual dues. This year, the Board voted to increase the Household membership dues from $90 to $110, essentially making the dues for two adults in a Household equivalent to the dues an individual pays i.e. $55 x 2 = $110. The increased dues apply to new members as well.
For new members, the initiation fee was increased from $50 to $60, which represents the current cost of a weekend voucher to the Vermont lodge. The Initiation Fee provides each new membership one weekend voucher at the lodge ( 1 person, 2 nights ).
The fee increases recommended by the Board were approved by the membership at the meeting held on June 3rd.
The forms are available on the website. Please be certain to fill out the form completely, sign it and mail it to the address indicated on the form. I will be at most meetings so you can give me your completed form and payment instead of mailing it.

MTL Bike Rides, May 4th through August 22nd
Biking season is upon us and we are in need of people willing to run a bike ride for the Mt. Laurel ski club. It is easy to do, and for information on how to do it, please email me at: email@example.com, or my work email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also call my cell at: 860 604-7530. We have some injuries in the club which will prohibit these folks from running bike rides, so we need people to step forward and pick up the ball, or the bike. Rides are Monday evenings, starting on May 4th, and running through August 22nd, and are at different locations, depending on who is hosting them. Most of the rides are combined with the Newington ski club, so there is much friendship and comraderie between the two clubs. After the ride there is either a pizza party at a restaurant, or a cookout in the back yard of the host. Looking forward to hearing from folks willing to host a ride. Thank you, Clyde Proch
