Welcome! The Mt. Laurel Skiers (MTL) is an ALL Season Sports and Social Club and a member of the Connecticut Ski Council which offers discount ski tickets. Our members are warm, friendly, fun and interesting people of all ages. The club typically hosts weekly social gatherings which include our community meetings. Members are primarily from Connecticut and neighboring states, but some from as far away as Florida and Kentucky!
There are a variety of organized activities such as downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, kayaking, golfing, seasonal get togethers AND the benefit of a renovated 32 bed lodge in Ludlow, Vermont near the base of Okemo.
MTL is more than just a ski club! And anyone can join to enjoy the many benefits and discounts. Explore the website to learn more.

Membership to Mt. Laurel Skiers
Renewal Reminder - Even though the August 31st deadline to renew your membership for the 2016-2017 season has passed, it is still not too late to renew. All you need to do is include the $15 late fee in with the membership dues. Click here for the renewal application or I will have copies available at meetings.
Looking for New Members - Mt. Laurel members are our best recruiters for bringing in new members. They can tell them first hand all that Mt. Laurel has to offer and the benefits of staying at the Club owned lodge in Vermont. Where else in Ludlow, near the base of Okemo, can you find such an affordable, warm and friendly place to stay when visiting Vermont?
The majority of Mt. Laurel members have been members for many years. What keeps people coming back every year? Just look at our state-of-the-art website and robust calendar to see all that the Club has to offer in Connecticut and at the Vermont lodge. Participating in the activities is lots of fun with great camaraderie between Club members. Many lifelong friendships have been made at Mt. Laurel. Enthusiastic members singing the praises of being a member of Mt. Laurel is what gets others wanting to join in on all the fun.
I would like to energize all members to tell their friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances about how wonderful it is to be a member of Mt. Laurel Skiers. Encourage potential members to learn more about us at the Open House which will be on October 12th.The sooner a new member joins, the sooner they can take advantage of everything offered in the 2016-2017 membership year like discount ski tickets, CSC awareness days and discount vouchers for the lodge. Remember, new members can join at any time and for them, there is never a late fee. Click here for the new member application plus I will have copies available at the meetings. Please spread the word about the benefits of joining Mt. Laurel!

Annual Open House at the Whinstone Tavern,
Mark your calendars for the Annual Open House which will be at the Whinstone Tavern on Wednesday, October 12th from 7:00 to 9:00pm. It would be wonderful if everyone attending the Open House could bring with them a friend, neighbor, family member or co-worker to show them all that Mt. Laurel has to offer. Open House is always a fun evening where you get a chance to talk with the representatives from the mountains and ski/sports shops plus Club members about Club activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, ski racing and more.
The Open House is now one of the few events where we will run a raffle. Donations to the raffle such as gift cards or general interest items would be greatly appreciated. We plan to hold the raffle at 8:00pm. I will have extra copies of the flyer at meetings. Please post the flyer at your local markets, restaurants and gyms and invite everyone to the Open House!!!
